To make this component work you must follow these steps:
  1. Position loader4_component inside page-wrapper
  2. Set loader4_component position to fixed and display to none
Important:
If you rename this component, remember to update the classes in the HTML embed named loader4_loading-animation found inside the loader4_component div.
Note:
Sometimes there may be a bug where the website briefly flashes before the loader is displayed. To avoid this add the following custom code in your Site settings > Custom Code > Head code

1. Platform and Service Definition

Framora.io is a digital platform that provides professional video editing services to individuals and businesses through monthly subscription plans or custom packages.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or responsible guardian.
Framora.io reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or delete any account without prior notice in case of suspicious activity or violations of the terms of use.

3. Accounts and Confidentiality

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Framora.io is not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from user negligence.
Account sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited. Framora.io reserves the right to cancel any account that violates this rule.

4. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and content related to the platform are the exclusive property of Framora.io.
Copying, redistributing, or reusing any part of the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Uploaded Content

The client assumes full legal responsibility for all uploaded materials (images, videos, audio, text).

Framora.io strictly prohibits any content containing:

  • Pornographic or inappropriate material
  • Incitement to violence or hatred
  • Copyright, trademark, or privacy violations
  • Content that violates local or international laws

Framora.io reserves the right to reject or delete any project that violates these terms without refund.

6. Rights to the Final Video

Upon full payment, the client owns the legal rights to the final edited video and is free to use it as desired.
Framora.io reserves the right to use a copy of the final video for marketing purposes (portfolio, website, ads) unless the client submits a written request to opt-out before project execution begins.

7. Revisions

Each project includes one free revision unless otherwise stated in the plan.
Additional revisions are subject to extra fees based on their complexity.
Framora.io reserves the right to decline unreasonable revision requests or those that contradict the original instructions.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on the selected plan and the availability of all required materials.
Framora.io is not liable for delays caused by missing files or late client submissions.
Official UAE public holidays are not included in the turnaround timeframe.

Changes to Terms and Policies

Framora.io reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
